OntheRopes - Practical Introduction (1 day)


A practical course for the new boxing trainer. Through these lessons the clients will get a basic level of education in boxing. Required knowledge of boxing or martial arts is not necessary. The goal of this course is in addition to the basic skills, also to zoom in about the mental aspects of boxing.

This course contains:

  • Mini Workout
  • Explanation of skills
  • Dealing with material
  • Motivation training
  • Basics in 'teaching the training'


SodaBodyfit - Functional Training (2 days)

This training is based on pure condition power and coordination training in general. The boxing gloves, we don't need in this course. The purpose of this training is to teach trainers how they can vary in the training, building more satisfieing moments to their clients and give a better quality of training service.

This course contains:

  • General Theory
  • What is Functional Training?
  • Every client is different, what do you read in their eyes
  • Explanation of skills
  • Motivation training
  • Exercises spectrum and 'how to vary'
  • Theory and explanation of circuit training
  • Basics in 'teaching the training'
