Course TrainingA fixed part of the total SodaBodyFit workout is the course and conditioning training. This can consist of a duration course or interval training, in which elements of nature are used to “put one to the test” to become stronger and to improve one’s condition. You will be surprised by the multiple uses of a couple of trees or a nice innocent climbing frame. Also the term 'Schiphol-East' is notorious among the Soda-trainees. For the amateur enthusiasts, or for those who would like to train specifically for a running competition or a half-marathon, SodaBodyFit will lift you to a higher plane during the long grey kilometers. |
