"Beyond your target and beyond your wildest expectations" is the motto of SodaBodyfit Personal Training. Former vice-world champion in professional boxing Radmilo Soda has his knowledge and experience as a top-class sportsman translated into a unique training method of training, with the playful combination of boxing and / or outdoor fitness and that makes people so excited. In today's consumer society everybody must do everything quickly and many. People run themselves over, get physically and mentally overloaded and find no outlet. I try 'in a playful but serious way' to give people a balance between body and mind. This training method leans on physical fitness, coordination, balance, locomotion, muscle condition and flexibility like yoga and piltas. This is the way to get well prepared for the daily activities of that person, which is always a goal that should be achieved. It's great to see how much satisfaction and confidence people get when they repeatedly improve themselves. This is reflected in anyone's appearance. Training at Radmilo Soda is for everyone, from young to old, from novice athlete, to experienced athlete.
